OUR MISSION:

Provide a premier security clearance preparation service supporting opportunity for extraordinary careers in national security roles in both the U.S. government and private contractors.

Obtaining a U.S. Federal Security Clearance permits individuals to handle classified information. The process to obtain that clearance is a complex and challenging one for anyone. The challenge becomes even greater for many different reasons, including for example, if you are foreign born, travel broadly, have many foreign contacts, or otherwise have a background traditionally requiring a closer investigation, such as relatively minor criminal or financial missteps.
No matter where you are on your journey, the Security Clearance Pathway program is designed to light the way ahead by assisting with every aspect of preparing for the security clearance process. If you are a U.S. citizen, or naturalized U.S. citizen, you have opportunity to apply for and obtain a U.S. Federal Security Clearance. Security Clearance Pathway can provide a private, in-depth analysis to help gauge your readiness. Whether you are concerned about properly completing the highly complex Security Clearance application, any aspect of your background, or just to learn more, getting assistance from our professionals will greatly improve the quality and value of your application.
Although designed primarily for university-level students, the Security Clearance Pathway program is available to anyone needing guidance and assistance getting ready for, and going through, the security clearance application process. No matter your academic field and career discipline, many government and private jobs supporting government work require security clearances. Having a security clearance will be a key discriminator for your resume. In many cases, you may not be able to participate in the most demanding aspects of your profession without one. Contact Security Clearance Pathway today to see how we can help you.

OUR PROCESS:

  • OUR PROCESS:

Security Clearance Pathway (SCP) services are organized in five tiers, and regardless of which service level is chosen, the process begins for every client with registration, collection of basic information, and completion of an initial screening process that also includes a criminal background and credit check.

SCP utilizes experienced security clearance professionals to review and manage the process for each client. When initial registration forms are completed, all clients receive a SCP Case Officer review to identify and highlight for the client any issues that might complicate their ultimate clearance process or result in a probable denial of a security clearance. In those cases, potential mitigation strategies may be suggested since, for example, minor criminal charges or other matters can potentially be overcome with proper documentation and resolution. Likewise, background issues that are unique or particularly complex will be identified and reviewed with the client.
For clients at the Clearance Preparation Tier, experienced Case Officers and Security Officers, who are security clearance experts, are available to provide advice and assistance as clients complete the model Security Clearance Application. The accuracy and quality of detail in the prepared material will ultimately ease your pathway towards formal application when a clearance job opportunity is available.
At the Job Assistance and higher levels (Tiers 3-5), each client is assigned a dedicated Case Officer that works with you through all related needs and services to increase your chances of gaining federal security clearance so you can land your dream job.”

  • ROLE OF THE CASE OFFICERS:

The Case Officers are experienced senior professionals in the fields of security clearance adjudication, human resources, student development and career support. While only the U.S. Government can grant a final security clearance, the Case Officers understand the clearance adjudication process and how to help you best prepare for success. They provide invaluable counsel and support to help every client through their chosen pathway.

  • ROLE OF THE SECURITY OFFICERS:

Security Officers work behind-the-scenes to provide detailed screening and assessments of a client’s profile to ensure the greatest chance of success when pursuing a federal security clearance. The Security Officers have experience with classified programs, clearance adjudication and the various national security programs that govern the entire security clearance process. They provide expert counsel on safely navigating through these complex requirements.

Employment resulting from all degree programs can potentially require a Federal Security Clearance… from Language Arts to Physics to Cyber Security and more, every academic discipline has potential.

The Federal Government and its contractors need cleared talent!
